Position Status: Temporary Full Time Term Ends March 31, 2021
Location: Carewest Glenmore Park, RCTP 1E
BW Hours: 77.50 FTE: 1.00 Shift: Days

Shift Times: 0800-1615

Position Summary: This is a management position responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the unit/service area
including day to day operations, quality care, inter-disciplinary team functioning and client/family satisfaction. Provides input to
program planning and responsible for implementation of program principles and standards.
Program Summary:
Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program (RCTP) – a short-stay restorative care program that supports medically stable
adults who do not need an acute-care level of service, but may require additional assessment, recuperation, and therapy before
returning to the community.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline required, preferably in Nursing.
Current registration with CARNA or appropriate professional licensing college.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant clinical experience required. Experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity
Rate of Pay: According to qualifications and experience
